The company Kardena, represented by Imad Irsali, with its registered office at Grootestr. 84, 53121 Bonn, Germany (hereinafter referred to as the "Guarantor"), grants an independent warranty for a period of 36 months from the date of purchase for all deliveries to consumers in Europe under the following conditions. This warranty covers manufacturing and/or material defects (hereinafter referred to as "warranty case").

In the event of a Warranty Claim, Kardena will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective equipment. The warranty claim does not entitle to any reimbursement of damages, in particular compensation for consequential damages or other consequences caused by or in relation to the delivered device.

The warranty claim can only be made in writing (e.g. by e-mail) or by telephone to the (web) dealer or directly to Kardena's customer service. Please do not return the device without prior consultation, otherwise there is no warranty claim and the package will be rejected. Any costs incurred will be at your expense. Therefore, in the event of a warranty claim, contact us first. We will then give you instructions on how to pack and ship the device. The shipped unit must always be accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt.

The following conditions apply to the specified warranty period:

There will be no charge for labor or materials.
Repair during the warranty period does not extend the warranty period.
Defective accessories or equipment defective in the course of an exchange automatically become the property of Kardena.
The warranty applies exclusively to the first purchaser and is not transferable.

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by the following circumstances:

Accidents or personal negligence
Improper use contrary to the respective instructions for use
Wear and tear
Neglect
Incorrect installation
Connection to a mains voltage other than that specified on the type plate
Modifications made to the unit by the customer
Repairs carried out by unqualified third parties
Use contrary to applicable legal or technical safety standards
improper transport without suitable packaging or other protection
Transport

Excluded from the warranty are:

Charging cable
Wristbands
ECG accessories
Protective foils
Protective covers



For warranty claims, please contact your (web) dealer within the first 3 years after purchase, unless otherwise stated on your proof of purchase. If you contact Kardena Customer Service directly, please note the following:

Never send anything by mail unsolicited. The package may be refused and you will have to pay the cost.
Please contact us first to verify your warranty claim and receive instructions on how to pack and ship the unit.
You will be responsible for shipping costs.
The warranty claim must be accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt and your address.
